Platform role

Sarkar2.0 is a directory that connects customers with independent local workers. We are not the employer of any worker listed on the platform and do not directly perform the services offered.

Worker responsibilities

Workers must submit accurate details, honour their agreed charges, and behave professionally with customers.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should verify a worker's credentials for their job, agree charges upfront, and treat workers respectfully.

Disputes

Any dispute between a customer and worker is between those two parties. Sarkar2.0 may assist in mediation and may remove worker profiles that violate platform standards.
